Hotel room of the future!

Player and Speakers

Allowing the guests in the hotel to stream music from their laptops and iPods to the stereo speaker. This process will be provided in an easier way.

Bigger bathrooms

Bathrooms are sometimes the most important part in a hotel room, that’s also why they are the most expensive to be build. For this reason bathrooms are expected to occupy a greater area in a hotel room. They must also provide all the technology needed by the customer.

Voice Commands

Allowing guests to control room lights, the thermostat, drapes, and the in-room television via voice commands. One way is through Echos. Amazon Echo is a hands-free speaker you can control with your voice. Echo connects to the Alexa Voice Service to play music, make calls, send and receive messages, provide information, news, sports scores, weather, and more.

Using apps

Some hotels in Las Vegas have already introduced technology that lets guests control the curtain, climate, lighting and the room’s “Service Please” or even “Do not disturb” signs from a tablet. Guests can also arrange the app for wake-up alarms that also opens the curtains and turn on the TV.

Robotic room service

Some hotels are already using robots for providing room service. For example they bring towels to the guests in the room, or they provide the room service by bringing food to the guests.

Phone as a digital room key

Using the phone to open the hotel room is one of the newest trends. You just need to touch your device to the pad on the door and you’re in.
