I have been with Softmogul since they launched the Reception app. I own a 47 room motel in a small town and I was looking for an affordable, easy-to-use property management system. I stumbled upon their website prior to the app’s launch and I liked what they were planning. I asked to be notified once they went live. I got our motel set up in their system shortly after they launched and every year it has improved.

Their team has great ideas and is very responsive when I ask for certain features. If they launch a new feature that might work great for another customer but doesn’t work for me they always figure out a way to toggle that off or on depending on preference which makes this system very flexible. On the other hand, if I tell them about something I’d really like to see added they figure out a way to do it and before long that is a part of their next update.

The fact that I can have all of this at my disposal at no cost to me is amazing. They did it by taking advantage of something I was already paying for (credit card fees) and using that to make their business profitable. This was a perfect fit for our limited budget. Since their first roll out they have grown by leaps and bounds with what they offer. It has definitely exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with how well this partnership has worked out and I look forward to many more years of collaboration.
